Refund policy

♡ No refunds or exchanges on Ready To Ship plushies. I make every plushie by hand, and while I stand by the integrity of my work, rough or inappropriate play can and will cause damage that I am not responsible for. 

♡ No refunds or exchanges on Made to Order plushies, stickers, or Digital Artwork. Made to Order items are made to your specifications and cannot be marketed to anybody else. Once your order is confirmed, you will have exactly 2 days to reach out with any questions or concerns about customization, as once I start, I may not be able to make changes.

♡ No refunds or exchanges on Digital Products. Because of the nature of a Digital Product, once it is sent out, there's no way to take it back after giving a refund or exchange, therefore, refunds and exchanges are not available for Digital Products.

♡ I am NOT responsible for the mail! I can send photos of how your package left my hands by request. Any damage to the package incurred during shipping should be handled by filing a claim through the shipping courier.
