Shipping policy

♡ Turn around time for Ready to Ship items is 2-4 DAYS. This means your order will ship out within 4 business days of placement.  

♡ Turn around time for Made to Order items is 2-3 WEEKS. This means your order will ship out within 3 weeks of placement. This is to give me plenty of time to make sure your new plushie or custom sticker/digital art is perfect! 

♡ The order delivery timeframe, after the turn around window, is determined by the shipping courier, and I cannot make things arrive any sooner (even though I wish I could!).

♡ Digital Products (ie: crochet patterns and 'non-crochet' printables) will be sent via email shortly after you place your order.  

♡ I am NOT responsible for the mail! I can send photos of how your package left my hands by request. Any damage to the package incurred during shipping should be handled by filing a claim through the shipping courier.
